Shipping Policy

All orders within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) with a total amount over $100 qualify for free shipping. Typically, all orders are processed within 12-72 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping may be delayed for a few days if we encounter a high volume of orders. Please allow for additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. Thank you for your understanding.

We will ensure that products are delivered to our customers in a timely and undamaged manner. Based on our past experience, you will receive your items within 3-5 days. Sometimes, delivery times may vary depending on different logistics companies.Please note that the delivery time for some pre-order products may be extended, depending on the arrival time of the products on our website.

We also offer delivery services to Canada. Please contact us in advance to calculate the shipping cost before placing your order. Currently, all items except for "pre-order" items can be shipped within the United States. "Pre-order" items will be shipped when they become available.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. 

We will do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
