Return Processing:
To process your return, please kindly email us at SUPPORT@SAVANAGARDEN.COM with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with order #” along with a photo clearly showing the damages. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please complete this step within 10 days after receiving the product you ordered.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.

Damaged Order Received:
If your order is received damaged, please contact the shipping carrier.

Lost Order – Wrong Address:
Savanagarden will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided.
